How Subscriptions Work

All subscription orders are automatically discounted. This discount is optional — customers can switch to a one-time purchase anytime by unchecking the subscription box located right under the Add to Cart button.

Charged by Mistake? We’ve Got You.

If you were charged for a subscription renewal you didn’t intend to activate, we completely understand — these situations are usually quick and easy to resolve.

  • Please contact us directly within the first few hours of the renewal charge.

  • We’ll cancel or skip the subscription (your choice) and issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Important:
Opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider before contacting us can unnecessarily complicate and delay what is typically a simple resolution, and will result in additional processing fees. Reaching out to us first allows us to resolve the issue faster and more smoothly.

If Your Subscription Order Has Already Shipped

No stress — we still support you.

  • When your package arrives, simply return it to one of our U.S. addresses

Every customer receives an automated email that provides access to their subscription portal, where you can:

  • Pause

  • Skip

  • Cancel

Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.

To cancel a subscription, customers can choose one of the following options:

  1. Log in to their customer account on our website and cancel the subscription directly from the subscription management portal.

  2. Contact us via email at support@trynutrive.com with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request”, and we will process the cancellation within 24–48 hours.

  3. Contact our support team via live chat (if available) and request cancellation.

All cancellations made before the next billing date will stop future charges.
If a cancellation request is submitted after a charge has already been processed, the order will still be shipped and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.

There are no penalties, no long-term contracts, and no hidden fees related to subscription cancellation.
