Subscription Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
To cancel a subscription, customers can choose one of the following options:

Log in to their customer account on our website and cancel the subscription directly from the subscription management portal.

Contact us via email at support@trynutrive.com with the subject line “Subscription Cancellation Request”, and we will process the cancellation within 24–48 hours.

Contact our support team via live chat (if available) and request cancellation.
All cancellations made before the next billing date will stop future charges.
If a cancellation request is submitted after a charge has already been processed, the order will still be shipped and the cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
There are no penalties, no long-term contracts, and no hidden fees related to subscription cancellation.
