⚠️ Important Shipping Notice
Due to exceptionally high demand during Black Friday, we experienced temporary inventory shortages on two occasions, which caused short-term disruptions in our fulfillment timeline. These issues have now been resolved.
As a result, orders placed between November 15 and December 15 may experience shipping delays of approximately 5–12 business days beyond our standard processing times.
If your order appears to be taking slightly longer than the timelines listed below, please rest assured that your order is on the way.

Shipping Availability: We ship to all domestic and international locations.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. While we strive to meet our customers' expectations, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If the carrier does not deliver the order on time, we will refund the delivery fees.

Tracking Information: Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer and provide a new estimated delivery date or offer alternative options.
Damaged or Lost Items: If a shipment is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to initiate a claim.
