  1. When will I receive my order?

    • The expected delivery time for all orders is currently 8-12 business days. If your order takes longer than this, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
  2. How do I track my order?

  3. Why isn't my tracking number working?

    • It is normal for tracking information to take up to a week to update from the day you place your order. During this time, the tracking status may show 'We are preparing your order' or 'Info Received.' This means your order has been packed and is on its way to you.
  4. My order says delivered, but I have not received it.

    • Sometimes tracking information is updated before the order is physically delivered. Please allow up to 3 days after your order is marked as delivered to receive it. If you are still concerned about the status of your order, feel free to contact us.
  5. Can I change the address on my order?

    • Generally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. However, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
  6. Why does my bottle/box look different from the photo?

    • All our customers are receiving our updated packaging and design.
