Nutrive Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

At Nutrive, we believe that taking care of yourself should feel rewarding — literally. The Nutrive Rewards program is our way of saying thank you for investing in your health. Earn Peaks every time you shop, share, and engage, then redeem them for savings on the products you love. Like anything worth doing, there are a few rules to keep things fair — read on.

How It Works

Nutrive Rewards is a loyalty program available to registered customers on trynutrive.com. When you earn Peaks, they are credited to your account and can be applied as a discount at checkout. Participation is free and open to U.S. residents who create an account on trynutrive.com.

Earning Peaks

You can earn Peaks through the following activities:

  1. Purchases — Earn Peaks on qualifying product purchases made on trynutrive.com. The current earn rate is displayed on your Rewards dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
  2. Account Creation — Earn a one-time bonus when you create a new Nutrive account.
  3. Referrals — Earn Peaks when a friend you refer makes their first qualifying purchase using your unique referral link.
  4. Product Reviews — Earn Peaks for submitting a verified review of a product you purchased. One bonus per product, subject to review approval.
  5. Birthday Bonus — Earn a one-time annual bonus during your birthday month. You must add your birthday to your account at least 30 days in advance to qualify.
  6. Social Follows — Earn a one-time bonus for following Nutrive on eligible social media platforms, as listed on your Rewards dashboard.

Peaks are credited after the qualifying action is verified. Purchase-based Peaks are not credited until after the return window for that order has closed. Nutrive reserves the right to add, modify, or remove earning opportunities at any time.

Redeeming Peaks

You can redeem Peaks as a discount on qualifying purchases at checkout on trynutrive.com. The minimum redemption threshold is 100 Peaks, which equals $1.00 off your order. Redemptions must be made in increments of 100 Peaks.

The following restrictions apply to all redemptions:

  1. Peaks may only be redeemed on trynutrive.com — they cannot be applied at any third-party retailer or marketplace.
  2. Peaks cannot be applied toward taxes, shipping charges, or the purchase of gift cards.
  3. Peaks cannot be combined with other promotional discount codes or offers unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  4. Only one Peaks redemption may be applied per transaction.

Peaks Value & Limitations

Peaks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents under any circumstances. Peaks are non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or shared between accounts. Peaks are the property of Nutrive and are issued as a courtesy to program members.

Expiration Policy

We want to be upfront about this: Peaks expire, and we don't make exceptions.

  1. Per-batch expiration: Each group of Peaks you earn has its own 6-month expiration clock, starting from the date those Peaks were credited. Earning new Peaks does not reset or extend the expiration of previously earned Peaks. Oldest Peaks are always used first.
  2. Inactivity expiration: If you do not make a qualifying purchase on trynutrive.com for any continuous 6-month period, all Peaks in your account expire automatically at the end of that period.
  3. Account closure: If your account is closed for any reason, including voluntary closure or termination by Nutrive: all unredeemed Peaks are immediately and permanently forfeited.
  4. No extensions or reinstatement: Expired Peaks cannot be reinstated, extended, or appealed under any circumstances. We recommend checking your Peaks balance regularly on your account dashboard.

Returns & Refunds

If you return a product or receive a full or partial refund, the Peaks earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. If the deduction results in a negative balance, future earned Peaks will be applied to offset that balance first. Peaks redeemed as part of a returned order will not be reinstated.

One Account Per Person

Nutrive Rewards is limited to one account per individual and per household. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate Peaks is a violation of these terms. Nutrive reserves the right to merge, suspend, or terminate duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated Peaks balances without notice.

Fraud & Abuse

Any attempt to earn Peaks through fraudulent means; including fake referrals, false reviews, chargebacks, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in immediate account termination and permanent forfeiture of all Peaks. Nutrive may also pursue any other remedies available under applicable law.

Program Changes & Termination

Nutrive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Nutrive Rewards program at any time. Where practicable, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by posting an update on trynutrive.com or notifying you at the email address on file. Your continued participation after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
